The room was not clean. They mentioned that breakfast was not included though I have booked with breakfast. Later they have given me breakfast from a street vendor which was very bad and I threw it away.

Everything. Staff was very rude and collected extra money without justification and threatened to cancel the booking. We weren't even given the receipt for the cash paid. It's a robbery and not run by professionals. Attitude is very pathetic and they're unfit to be in hospitality sector. I would name the personnel named Joel from the reception dept is unethical and knows nothing about hospitality

The location is calm Residential area. The parking facility is very limited. They do not offer drinking water inside the room. The checkin was hassle free.

Mosquitos problem, not able to sleep properly. After repeated request for mosquito rep-lent they failed to provide. Staff mentioned owner refused it during check-out.

Rooms were not at all clean(hairs everywhere and bad odour), bedsheets were untidy, alot of mosquitoes but no mosquito repellent were available. Staff were repeatedly telling us about checkout time whenever they see us and obviously we checked out one hour early.

Location is good and easy to navigate. Rooms are neat and very nice ambience. Good and safe for families.

Receiving guests is not at all good. They are rude and hurried us to pay foe the room. They told that the room stay prices are very high but we are giving to you at low cost just because you book through booking.com that too in a disrespectful manner.

They gave a room where the bed sheet and pillow cover were dirty and stained. Asked for the change but it was not smooth. They said they don’t have the key for the storage to change the bed sheets and don’t have the other vacant room where there can change our room. After escalating they got the room and changed our room. But it was hectic and very late We were travelling and made a one night halt in Vijaywada.

Poor maintenance No hot water 24/7. You have to ask them for hot water then they’ll call someone.

The bed sheets and pillows were having blood stains.There are many issues.And there is no triple room available in this hotel but mentioned triple rooms available on booking.com

Rooms are of decent size. Clean. Well maintained. Location is good. Parking space is good.

They didn't honor the online booking initially. Had to pursue a lot to get the room. Same thing happened with other group who reached at the same time there.
